Add up to 12.5% value to your property - Go for a loft conversion

I read an interesting article in the telegraph today - Christopher Middleton hears Phil Spencer's tips on how to add value to your property. For example -carrying out a loft conversion adds up to 12.5%, a new bathroom adds 2.88%, a conservatory (costing £5,000-£30,000) can add around 7% while a full-blown extension (£10,000-£30,000) adds 11% to the value.

Portfolio Update - 3 new entries

I have just updated my portfolio to include 3no recently completed projects - an over garage extension, an office conversion and a new dwelling all located in Kirkcaldy, Fife.

Take advantage of Architect in the House scheme.
