This project was simply to add a utility room to the rear of the existing house, without impacting on the garden space or existing house too much and keeping within a limited budget. The new extension has a slate roof to tie in with the existing building, and dry dash rendered walls externally. Internally, the addition of this room has freed up the kitchen and created a light, bright utility room (a sunpipe in the roof works very well) , without compromising any of the existing spaces.
